I have employed BW Reed & Son on three house improvements involving both building extensions and major internal modifications requiring sympathetic treatment to an old house. I have found their standard of workmanship of the highest quality and they worked within the time scales, cost and to the high specification originally agreed. In fact, on several occasions they improved on the specification (after consultation) in the interests, as they put it, of doing a good job. Their approach to their work was always most professional and, just as important, they and their staff were cheerful, gentlemanly and helpful at all times during what were, inevitably, major upheavals in the household routine. They always left the site in a tidy condition after each days work.

Now that the extension to my house is finished I wanted to let you
know how much my wife and I have appreciated your efforts. Not only has all
the work been carried out very professionally but the disruption has been
minimal - not a trivial point given the complexity of the extension.
Throughout the project a very high standard of workmanship has been
maintained coupled with a willingness to accommodate (as far as was
practical) our concerns and foibles. Everyone, including the various
sub-contractors have been very friendly and the site has always been kept in
good order.
In short I cannot commend Brian, Paul and their co-workers too
highly. They are without truly "the crème de la crème".
