Paul and his team completed a stunning transformation on a 1950’s house that had been renovated twice before, but not in 30 years. This was a large scale project which included a complete renovation of the entire house to a beautiful finish, an extension and major structural and drainage work. Paul and his team are incredibly respectful, tidy and easy to work with. Safety and security of the site and daily clean up is a priority for this team. The project included replacing the entire heating system, plumbing and radiators, electrical rewiring, new bathrooms, kitchen and many structural changes. Paul finished ahead of schedule and on budget and was a pleasure to work with throughout. The recommended specialist trades are all top notch and work to the same standard and the coordination and handoffs were seamless. Paul is always available to help, discuss plans and come up with reasonable alternatives when budget or the original plan wasn’t feasible. I’d happily recommend Paul and his team.
