The project involved building a huge kitchen utility and lounge area on the ground floor of the property and adding three additional bedrooms with en-suites and a bathroom. To the first floor. The property also included a third floor loft conversion. The property was mixed between faced brickwork and monocouche rendering which I thought gave it a very modern look.
